The Dewi-Prys Thomas Award <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Dewi-Prys Thomas Award 2024 winner was announced at the RSAW Welsh Architecture Awards Ceremony at Parkgate Hotel, Cardiff on 23 May 2024. Eleven entries were received, which included a wide range of projects from all around Wales including private houses, the restoration and repurposing of historic buildings, town planning schemes, regeneration initiatives and public art installations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Winner:<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Acme as master planners and architects for the Copr Bay phase 1 development and its contribution to the long-term vision for the regeneration of Swansea, led by Swansea Council with contributions from AFL Architects, the artist Marc Rees and others,\u00a0
Prize:<\/em>\u00a0bronze medal and prize certificate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MICA Architects with The Hay Castle Trust <\/p>\n\n\n\n
